"Fresh produce and decent transparency"
I had a good experience ordering from them. The produce arrived fresh, and I appreciated that the site actually shows where a lot of the items are coming from, which I think matters. Sure, the shipping updates could’ve been a little clearer, but it wasn’t some huge deal like people sometimes make it out to be. Overall, I felt good about the order and I’d probably use them again.

"The box was already banged up when it..."
The box was already banged up when it arrived, the stuff inside didn’t look much better either. The packaging felt cheap and kind of loose, like everything had just been thrown in without much care. A couple of the items were crushed, and one had leaked a little. For what I paid, I expected it to show up in way better shape. I won’t be ordering this again

"Had to Keep Chasing Them"
I had to follow up a few times before I got any kind of reply, which was frustrating. And when they finally did respond, it was short and didn’t really fix the issue. I get that places get busy, but waiting days for basic help? Come on now. The products might be fine, but the customer service definitely needs some work

"Ordering was easy, but the subscription was a headache"
Placing the order itself was totally fine, but trying to cancel the subscription was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I thought I had taken care of it, then got charged again anyway. At this point I don’t really trust customer service to sort it out without a hassle.

"Showed up quicker than expected"
The order got here faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Tracking was easy enough to follow too, so no complaints there. One of the boxes had a little dent in it, but nothing inside was damaged, so... all good overall

"Fresh meat, worth the wait"
The steaks tasted really fresh and were great. The chicken was decent too, though I was getting a little impatient waiting to try everything. Overall, I’d order again

"I thought the prices were really fair for..."
I thought the prices were really fair for what I got. the quality was better than I expected, so I cant complain. Its a solid value overall.
